Toby Fields helped my daughter with her first mortgage on her first home. He was brilliant from start to finish! Very responsive- always answering questions quickly and explaining the process in a way that she could easily understand. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole process from the beginning was seamless and incredibly quick. Toby handled all the “paperwork” after a couple of initial fact finding phone calls, to find the right mortgage and the best deal for her.. Langley House Mortgages were recommended by a family member and we had a brilliant experience with Robert and Alex. Robert took as much stress as possible out of the experience and secured us a mortgage rate the first possible day, right before they shot up again. The rates didn't come down by much in the last 6 months, but thankfully Robert did secure us a slightly better rate in that time and was happy to keep checking for better rates any time we emailed to check in. Really positive, 5* service with Langley House.I was introduced to Langley House by a family member and have been really impressed with all of the comms.I had been asking for light advice for a long period of time (maybe 18 months or so) from William S-M before getting close to placing an offer. William was always really helpful in giving advice and patient with all my questions.We had an offer accepted on a property on Monday and had the property valuation completed as well as our mortgage chosen, offered and approved within a week. Not only did he advise me on a great mortgage, he was also a fantastic guide to me through so much of the process of buying a house. As a first-time buyer there were many aspects to a house purchase which I was unaware or unsure of, and he went out of his way to explain everything to me and give me advice when I asked him for it. As a lone buyer of a property, it could have been quite a daunting experience, but William always made me feel like I had a friend I could confer with if needed. I could not have asked for a more helpful mortgage broker, and I would advise him to anyone looking to arrange a mortgage on a property.

Thanks to Mitch we have just completed with our first mortgage! Langley House have provided an impartial, no pressure service with honest guidance and discussion though the various mortgage options available. Mitch and I met 1-1 to understand the market which resulted in an agreement in principle that helped to secure our purchase the following week. As first time buyers it was super helpful to have Mitch explain the whole process and equally have somebody quick to respond on both email and phone. Mitch supported us with regular updates and refinement to the offer as the sale progressed. We also used the Langley House recommended solicitors which further helped to simplify the whole house buying process. In addition we have had a conversation with the Langley House insurance team who have provided quotes and general insurance advice necessary for new homeowners. When remortgaging is due we will not hesitate to approach Langley House and use their services again.
